How do I place an order?
Shopping with us is easy!
Browse our collections of outdoor furniture, indoor furniture, spas, saunas and more. Add your desired items to your cart.
Head to Checkout and follow the secure payment steps.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
When your items ship, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the continental United States. If you’re outside this area, please contact us before placing your order for a custom shipping quote.
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify:
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Custom orders, clearance items, and spas/saunas are final sale unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Returns Portal or log in to your customer account.
Select the item you’d like to return and follow the instructions.
Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping details.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Product Care & Maintenance
Keep your products looking their best with a few simple care steps:
• Outdoor furniture: Cover or store during harsh weather. Clean with mild soap and water.
• Indoor furniture: Wipe with a soft cloth and avoid harsh cleaners.
• Spas & saunas: Follow the included care manual for regular maintenance, cleaning, and water treatment.
